CAN I ONLY BUY ONLINE OR CAN I ALSO VISIT 9STRAATJESONLINE?

The office of 9straatjesonline is located at Herengracht 252, 1016 BV Amsterdam. This is where all the activities regarding the website are carried out. Therefore it's not a shop, but you can pick up your order free of charge (and try it on) in case you checked this off at the shipping options.

Everything at 9straatjesonline is principally also available at the physical stores in the 'actual' 9 Streets. The store from which it originates is clearly indicated for every item. Every now and again some products may be sold exclusively online, but this will also be clearly stated, should this be the case.

 

HOW DO I REGISTER WITH 9STRAATJESONLINE.COM?

If you want to place an order it's convenient to register. It's easy and doesn’t take too long:
In the top right hand corner, click on SIGN IN. The boxes with a star are compulsory; you will have to fill those out.

After submitting the form an email will be sent to the email address you submitted. If you click on the link in the email, your registration is confirmed. Now, if you wish, you can immediately continue to process your order.

After the registration all you have to do is login. You only need your email address and your password for this.

At any time you can choose to adjust or change your personal details. You can do this by logging in and click on My Account.

If you prefer to be completely removed from our database, that's also possible. You can contact us through the website with the contact form. 

9straatjesonline will handle your details with care. We will not sell the details or supply them to a third party, unless this is specifically indicated.

 

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE NEWSLETTER?

You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter. Click in the top right hand corner on 9NEWS and choose UNSUBSCRIBE in the left hand menu. If you fill out this form and send it, you are automatically unsubscribed from the newsletter.

Your details will be stored in our database, but we will obviously not be using them any longer.

If you want your details to be completely removed from our database, you can let us know through the contact form.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To order a product, you first have to place it in your shopping bag. You can also continue to shop and order multiple items at once. You will only pay the delivery costs once.

You don’t need to be registered to order – but it does work faster and more efficient with your next order. On top of this, as a registered customer of 9straatjesonline you can trace the status of your order at any time, through your account. 

You can always change the content of your shopping bag; you can change the amount, size and/or remove an item completely.

We will then ask you to provide a delivery address. It is possible to provide a different delivery and billing address, in order to receive your package on a different location, for example your work address or the address of a friend who'll be home during the day or when you want to give someone a present.

After providing your address, choose the desired payment method. You can pay with iDEAL, PayPal and credit card. Payment takes place through a secure connection.

After completing the payment you will see a confirmation on the screen and one will be sent by email as well.

You can follow the status of your order through ‘MY ACCOUNT’ (but this, however, does require an account).


IS IT SAFE TO PAY 9STRAATJESONLINE WITH MY CREDIT CARD OR THROUGH IDEAL?

For the payment of the order we are using the internet checkout from Buckaroo. Buckaroo is one of the fastest growing service providers for processing online payments. When you are about to pay and have to enter your payment details, you will automatically be transferred to our payment page on the Buckaroo site. The transfer of sensitive data, like the credit card number, transpires through a secure connection between your PC and the Buckaroo site; 9straatjesonline is not involved in this process. CAN I ALSO PAY WITH IDEAL IF I, FOR EXAMPLE, HAVE A POSTBANK OR ABN-AMRO ACCOUNT?

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Most of the products on the website are in stock. We are striving to send these products to you as soon as possible. These products will, after receiving the payment, be sent to you within a maximum of 1 or 2 working days. For our Dutch customers, this means that they usually can expect their order to be delivered at home within a maximum of 3 working days. 

If you want to know for sure that a product will be delivered the next day before a certain time, then you can opt for an express delivery.

If a product is unexpectedly not in stock, we will contact you and refund your money as soon as possible, including the delivery costs. If a product can be re-ordered you could also choose to wait for the new stock to come in.


HOW WILL I KNOW IF SOMETHING WILL FIT ME?

Of course it's never possible to know with 100% certainty whether or not something will fit, but we will do everything we can to help you make your choice. For starters, we always have multiple pictures of the product. You can also increase the size of the pictures by hovering over them with your mouse.

Don't forget to read the description under ‘Details’ when you buy a product. Here you can always find any important information about the sizes of a particular brand, as the fit of the clothes may differ per brand.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can always track the status of your order through the website. You can do this by logging in on the site and under MY ACCOUNT, select ORDERS.  Here you will find an overview of all the orders you placed with 9straatjesonline. If you click on the order that you are looking for, you can request the status of the order with the help of the order number you received in the confirmation email.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE ORDERED ITEM?

Almost all purchases can be returned. You can return the items within 14 days after delivery, sufficiently post stamped, in the original packing, with all labels attached, unused and unwashed. Keep in mind that you are responsible for the delivery costs of the returned item. When your return an item we will, after receiving the return delivery, refund the purchase fee as soon as possible, but always within 30 days. Don't forget to hold onto the shipment certificate until the full purchase fee has been refunded.

Products need to be returned within 14 days after delivery in their original sate, unwashed and not worn, with all labels attached and in the packing in which you originally received it. Unfortunately we cannot accept damaged and used products to be returned.


HOW DO I RETURN A PACKAGE?

To return a product you will have to fill out the return form you received with your order. After that you can send your package to:

Make sure that you stamp the package correctly; otherwise we will not accept it.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items which are not in their original state and/or packing
  • Items that have been worn/used
  • Underpants (for hygienic reasons)

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE THE ORDERED ITEM?

 Unfortunately it is not yet possible to exchange an item. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will have to place a new order and return the other item.

 If you wish to receive a different item, you can place a new order and return the already ordered item to us.

 

CAN I CONTACT 9STRAATJESONLINE BY TELEPHONE?

On working days you can contact us by telephone from 9.00 till 18.00. If you have a question it is better to ask the question through the contact form on the website. We will answer your question the same day by email. All questions received after office hours will be answered the next working day. If you would appreciate it that we phone you with the answer, you can indicate this on the form. We will then contact you the same or following working day.

DO I GET GUARANTEE ON THE ITEMS THAT I ORDER THROUGH 9STRAATJESONLINE?

You can safely assume that we deliver quality items. If, unexpectedly, something is wrong with the item(s), it is best that you contact us through the contact form. We will then do our utmost best to solve the problem for you.
